**GENERAL QUESTIONS**

Our unique made-to-order items are designed by Melynda Choothesa while the pristine
and rare vintage finds items are sourced on my travels around the world.

#### 

Pay securely using the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are available,
and eligible orders may also offer digital wallets or installment options. Availability
depends on your destination and the payment provider’s eligibility requirements.

We do not offer layaway.

#### 

An e-mail confirmation will be sent after your order is placed. This confirmation
will detail your order number, item(s) purchased, and tender used. You can also 
check the status of your order by logging into your account. Once logged in, you
can search your order under ‘My Orders’. All orders associated with your account
will appear here, along with their order status. When an order is shipped, the updated
tracking information can also be found here.

#### 

Any applicable tax collected at checkout is shown in your order total before payment.
International duties and import taxes may be payable separately unless they are 
expressly included in your checkout total.

where we are unable to modify your order if the order has already been processed.
