A purple plaid Pendleton skirt suit with the ease of separates and the presence
of a complete look. The button-front jacket has a pointed collar, long sleeves and
patch pockets cut on the diagonal; the matching pleated midi skirt gives the check
pattern movement.

Wear the two pieces together with simple pumps, or split them up: the jacket over
a tee and trousers, the skirt with a fine knit. This is the vintage two-piece set
shown on our model; shoes and other styling pieces are not included.

## A note on Pendleton

Pendleton introduced its first women’s collection in 1949. The brand’s wool separates
became a familiar part of American sportswear. [Explore Pendleton’s official history →](https://www.pendleton-usa.com/our-story/)
