Powder-blue satin, a fitted waist and silk chiffon bows give this 1950s/early 1960s
dress its sculpted silhouette. The smooth bodice opens into a fuller skirt, with
a broad band near the hem and a bow detail that becomes visible as the skirt moves.
Its appeal is in the balance of clean shape and soft, coordinated trim.
