A cream ground sets off navy snowflakes and bands of red geometric pattern on this
1970s JCPenney sweater. The motif continues across the shoulders, sleeves and back,
giving the pullover interest from every angle. A ribbed crew neck, long sleeves 
and ribbed cuffs and hem finish the shape, while a fine navy border ties the lower
edges back to the patterned yoke.

The label identifies the knit as 100% acrylic and the sweater as made in Taiwan.
Its snowflake-and-geometric arrangement gives it the character of a winter sports
knit, with enough color to carry a simple outfit. The cream, navy and red combination
works just as well with dark denim as it does with tailored trousers.
