Side Quest at Sol is a framed street photograph with an unexpected leading character:
a costumed Mario beside a station entrance, holding a twisted balloon as the city
carries on around him. His red cap and blue overalls interrupt the gray metal, pale
stone and everyday foot traffic. The station sign supplies the title; the scene
supplies the joke.

## A framed street photograph with a playful point of view

The vertical composition puts the costumed figure low in the frame, beneath the
broad Sol sign and a sliver of blue sky. From across the room, the architecture
reads first. Move closer and the small, absurd encounter comes into focus. It is
a good companion for travel photographs, graphic prints or a shelf of books with
equally eclectic interests.

## Paper and frame

 * Color photograph on 260 g/m² luster photo paper
 * Subtle sheen between a matte and glossy finish
 * White wood frame, approximately ¾ inch (1.9 cm) thick
 * Clear acrylic front protector
 * Hanging hardware included
 * Made to order in 12 × 16 or 18 × 24 inches

## Choosing a size

The 12 × 16-inch option works well in a mixed gallery wall or a compact nook. Choose
18 × 24 inches to give the street scene more presence on its own. Measure your intended
wall space before choosing, using the stated dimensions for your selected size.
