I understand that by signing up to volunteer

I am making a commitment that others are relying on. If I can no longer attend, I will notify the team as soon as possible so my spot can be filled. No-shows and last-minute cancellations disrupt relief efforts, put additional strain on the team, and ultimately undermine our mission to serve those affected by the fires. Unreliable participation also wastes time and resources that could otherwise be used to support those in need. If I am not 100% certain I can show up, I will refrain from signing up until I can fully commit, barring emergencies. I acknowledge that my reliability directly impacts the success of this operation and the dignity of the community we are helping.”
