The marked size is vintage 14, which is the equivalent of a modern size 10 (most vintage sizing is equivalent to modern UK sizing, so I recommend deferring to their size charts 90% of the time when shopping vintage US sizing). The suit is in near-mint vintage condition with little to no visible wear.
