RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to return an item purchased online, Shop Quirk LA accepts returns that comply with our Return Policy. We offer free returns for items that are in the same condition they were delivered in. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, altered or damaged. We will not accept returns with odor such as smoke or perfume. All returned items must have original tags attached. Custom made 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
•Custom or personalized orders
•Digital downloads
•Items on sale

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate your return request, send an e-mail to hello@shopquirkla.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning. Please allow the Customer Care team 2 business days to respond to your request. Note that our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST.

Once a member of the Customer Care team has approved your return, please follow the instructions provided. Returned items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving a response from Customer Care.  The label will void after this period of time and the return will be ineligible. Please save your tracking information for your reference. We suggest saving the receipt provided by UPS to prove that your return has been scanned. We are not responsible for lost returns that have not shown an initial scan at a UPS facility.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund or site credit (less original shipping cost) and place a new order. 

Items purchased online cannot be returned to our store locations. All online returns must be authorized by our Customer Care team and shipped to our warehouse via the UPS shipping label provided to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent to us without authorization or our provided shipping label. 
Once we have received your return and it has been evaluated for condition and authenticity, you will receive an e-mail that your refund has been processed. After processing, your refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method. 

Any return requests made after the 7-day return period will be denied. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Handmade-to-order items purchased through our website are FINAL SALE. Only the wrong sizes received can be returned. Credits issued for online returns can only be redeemed online, not in our stores.


REFUNDS

  1. Fancy a refund? No problemo! Just ensure that your returnable Quirk item is sent back to our warehouse within a cool 3-5 day window from the purchase date, and passes our oh-so-rigorous quality assessment.
  2. If your returned Quirk goodies are in line with our Return Policy and ace our quality check (huzzah!), we will roll the refund ball within 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package. You can choose to have the refund in your original payment method or your Quirk Wallet, for Quirk items. For items from other sellers, refunds will be sent back to the initial payment method. But hang on! Due to those pesky transportation delays, your refund may take an extra 3-5 days to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding, super customer!
  3. Heads up, though! If there’s an original shipping fee, it’s not refundable (sad trombone sound).

    NOTE: If your return journey gets a bit rocky, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support squad within 30 days from your purchase date. They’re your superheroes!

    The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
