A little California sunshine, even when the forecast disagrees. The Super Bloom beach towel carries an original 35mm film photograph of yellow wildflowers and green foliage, bringing the loose, sunlit texture of a wildflower field to the pool, beach or bathroom.

A California wildflower beach towel with a photographic point of view

This is a photograph you can use every day. The floral image is printed on one side; the reverse is unprinted terry fabric for drying off. Keep it in your beach bag, drape it over a poolside chair or hang it where the yellow blooms can brighten a small bathroom.

One of the coolest places I’ve stumbled upon thus far. Unlike some other vintage stores where it feels like it’s full of marked-up Goodwill items, Melynda takes the time to research and select all the items she puts out in the store. When I stopped by, she even let me look through some items she hadn’t put out yet, and I found a really cool vintage Western button-up. The men’s section is not neglected either, full of some really cool shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, and other accessories. My mom and I found the Peoples Free Boutique by Quirk after the fires devastated our neighborhood in Altadena. We've been building care boxes for an entire group of people, not just ourselves, and were welcomed into the space. It allowed us to recreate beautiful closets in a safe space, which has become harder to find as the relief efforts continue in the second wave. Very grateful for the energy and dedication that Melynda and her team of volunteers had shown to our community!! Go check out the Peoples Free Boutique on Spring St if you've been impacted by the fires they will help you rebuild and feel fabulous! If you weren't impacted by the fires but want to support Quirk for now you would message Melynda on Instagram to set up a shopping appointment! So thankful for Quirk and their pop up for folks affected from the fires! I've been able to stop by a few times to pick up much needed items after losing my things from the fires. They offer everything from clothing, shoes, hygiene items, accessories, and you'll find a combination of brand new and gently used items. The volunteers are literally the sweetest and most helpful. Quirk for Fire Vicitms has been such a special place for me. I have found wonderful clothes to get myself started after losing my home in Pacific Palisades. The boutique is clean, organized and the volunteers are so kind and helpful. My friends and I had a very pleasant and wonderful visit at Quirk. I got these beautiful snake skin shoes with a vintage neck scarf which i also fall in love with. I got compliments from people every time i wear them.  I wanted to buy everything when I was there. There are jewelry, scarfs , shoes, dresses and the HATS. The price is very affordable so I was a happy shopper. The next best thing ( or the best ) about Quirk is the shop owner, Melynda. She is friendly and extremely helpful in helping you putting your dream outfits together and giving you advices when you needed them. She makes my shopping experience fun and comfortable. The shop is beautiful. I love the warmth and the openness of the shop. It stands out in the middle of the busy downtown LA streets. Quirk is a great place to rent or buy unique clothing. Melynda has curated such a great variety of items. I rented a gorgeous gown for a work event and bought multiple things including a vintage Italian suit that I get complimented on all the time.
