Description

This Celine black patent hobo bag brings a high-gloss finish to a relaxed, softly folded shape. Dark metal fittings, narrow belted trim and a prominent front turn-lock give the black exterior its detail. Open the bag and the contrast is immediate: a golden satin lining with separate pockets for smaller belongings.

The short strap and wide body create an underarm silhouette rather than a long crossbody fit. The patent finish catches the light across the folds, so its shape changes as the bag is carried. The BEST vintage shop in LA!! The minute you walk in you are greeted by the owner and stylist, which is rare for a vintage shop, if you ask me! Melynda is absolutely wonderful and provides excellent customer service! Since she's a professional stylist she's extremely knowledgeable about fashion and helps you coordinate outfits together.  She has a great assortment of women's and men's clothing, shoes and accessories. I try to visit the shop once every two weeks, you just can't beat the prices, it's cheaper than Wasteland!  If you are looking for one of a kind vintage pieces from the 1960's to now, Quirk is your place to shop! They carry  Theory, James Perse, APC, Prada, Burberry and many more! I have volunteered at the Fire Relief Free Boutique founded by Melynda for over a month and the whole experience has been amazing, I have seen people affected by the fires leaving the free boutique with a smile on their face after the free shopping experience, that’s something that fulfills the soul.

I love this boutique! It's clear the owner Melynda has thoughtfully hand-picked and carefully curated an amazing collection of designer vintage and secondhand pieces. She has a fantastic selection of designer shoes and purses, and everything is in A+ condition or is like new! Melynda herself is super personable and always happy to help you find befitting pieces. There's also a superb selection of men's clothes and she has her own original designs for sale as well! So far I've bought two pairs of velvet gloves from her in-house label and I LOVE them! I get tons of compliments whenever I wear them. The designs are so unique, and the quality and construction are top notch. She's even making me a custom pair of pants using the same fabric as the gloves so I can have a matching set to wear to the Dreamstate Festival later this year! I had a really good experience at Quirk. Its located in DTLA which is known to give you headaches with parking. Luckily there were several fairly priced garage options on the same block. The shop is located on the second floor of this cool, early 20th century style building. I love vintage buildings so I was hyped before I even stepped into Quirk. But once inside I was really digging the vibes. They have a really selection of vintage, modern clothes for women and men. With assistance of the curator, Melynda, I was able to grab a few items for an upcoming headshot session. I didn't have to break the bank as the items I purchased were from a $20 rack. An absolute gem of a boutique, with a constant stream of unique vintage pieces! I was able to get the perfect dress, pumps, handbag, and hat for a formal tea at very short notice. The store is easy to access in the second floor of a fashion design building.

This is Amazing what Melynda  with Quirk has done to help the residents of the LA Fires! She jumped in without hesitation and put her own biz in hold to help others in need.  Taking in donations from everyone kindly donating including myself gathering toiletries and rolling racks with the help from the   people in my home town Santa Barbara! 
She created a Free shopping boutique with very stylish clothes , shoes, handbags and also stuff for kids! 
Also added in Hair and facial services so people can feel good during these trying times! 
She's amazing and thank you for everything you are doing! You Rock girl!!!
