Description

A substantial vintage Celine travel bag in the house’s classic brown Macadam monogram. The large rectangular Boston shape is finished with natural tan trim, reinforced corners, twin vertical straps, rolled top handles, and warm brass-tone hardware.

The coated canvas has developed a softened, relaxed structure through use, while the leather has darkened and marked naturally with age. A central Celine Paris logo patch anchors the front, and the zip closure is accompanied by a padlock, keys, and leather clochette.

The Macadam coated canvas remains visually strong and the monogram is clearly legible throughout. The bag retains its functional travel silhouette with expected softening and creasing from use.

The natural tan trim and handles show substantial patina, including darkening, water marking, scratches, scuffs, edge wear, surface variation, and wear around the corner reinforcements. The brass-tone hardware shows age-related tarnish and surface wear. The body has relaxed through use rather than retaining a rigid structure.
