I worked with Melynda on a professional photoshoot for my company and ever since then I have been going to her store. Such a great way to change up my style and find new unique items. QUIRK is the absolute best. I've come several times since 2020 and they never miss. Melynda is a top-tier curator. All her pieces feel hand-picked with thought, care, and a keen eye for taste and style. It's easy to find a great deal here: I've found a vintage Dior wallet at QUIRK, as well as multiple outfits for red carpets, premieres, photoshoots, and day-to-day wear. She keeps prices super fair and reasonable while knowing her stuff when it comes to true vintage, designer, and quality. I always know I'm getting my money's worth. As someone who loves vintage shopping, thrifting, and flea/artist/vintage markets, I'm always looking for vendors and stores, and QUIRK is one of those special places where you can tell vintage is a real passion, not just a place to make a quick buck on a Tiktok trend (though you can definitely find super trendy pieces here too!). At QUIRK, I'd say clothes are treated like found treasure looking for their forever home! I come back again and again because the pieces are fun and always changing. As a store owner, Melynda is friendly, knowledgable, and is great at offering styling advice for each customer's unique taste. Upon having dinner in DTLA a friend and I stumbled upon QUIRK, what a treasure of a vintage store. A hidden gem!!! An insider's secret.. but not for long. Loved Melynda's eye for well curated vintage clothing and accessories. Working as a stylist in Films and Editorial, Melynda is defintely on point. This is Amazing what Melynda  with Quirk has done to help the residents of the LA Fires! She jumped in without hesitation and put her own biz in hold to help others in need.  Taking in donations from everyone kindly donating including myself gathering toiletries and rolling racks with the help from the   people in my home town Santa Barbara! She created a Free shopping boutique with very stylish clothes , shoes, handbags and also stuff for kids! Also added in Hair and facial services so people can feel good during these trying times! An absolute gem of a boutique, with a constant stream of unique vintage pieces! I was able to get the perfect dress, pumps, handbag, and hat for a formal tea at very short notice. The store is easy to access in the second floor of a fashion design building. The owner is a talented costume designer with a wealth of experience from film and more. It was my 2nd or 3rd time browsing the site, and my first time purchasing from it. I was familiar with the site and brand (was recommended by a close friend of mine who has good taste), and decided to check it out. I liked the layout of the site, made it pretty easy to look for what I like, and found what I wanted in like 4 minutes after browsing. Paying was straightforward, I received the package in about 10 days (flat fee for shipping), and it fit pretty well. Quirk is a great place to rent or buy unique clothing. Melynda has curated such a great variety of items. I rented a gorgeous gown for a work event and bought multiple things including a vintage Italian suit that I get complimented on all the time.
